Welcome to my thought space

I'm a recent English graduate from the University of Exeter, looking to gain some writing experience as I save to live away from home and do a master's in 2021. Throughout my degree, I particularly connected with learning and writing about social justice issues regarding colonialism/postcolonialism, African American literature and history, British racial discourse, and resource issues and climate change. I am particularly interested in the crossovers between my areas of interest, and hope to continue to learn through my writing and further study.

In my writing, I am mainly interested in peering between the black/white binaries, in investigating the grey areas of culture, politics, and everyday life – and how we grapple with them.
